Surgical Guedel Airway

A Surgical Guedel Airway  is a rigid plastic tube which sits along top of mouth and ends at base of tongue (an adjunct to help keep airway open) An oxygen mask or bag mask ventilation can be applied over the top if needed. The Guedel Airway offers improved safety, as cit combined two materials with very different physical characteristics into one molding, resulting in the elimination of the separate bite block found in all conventional Surgical Guedel airway designs.
